1. Return Conditions We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories
• Personalized, perishable, or sale items are not eligible for return
• Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, etc.)

2. Return Process

• Request: Contact our customer service at contact.zenluxestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Validation: We will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours
• Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for defective items. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item before approving the refund or exchange

3. Refunds Once the return is validated, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

4. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos or videos at contact.zenluxestore@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund immediately, no return required.

5. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified only before shipment. Once shipped, any changes will require a return in accordance with this policy.
